What is Sport Relief?

The whole of the UK will come together for Sport Relief to get active, raise cash and change lives.

It has a unique history of dedicated people doing extraordinary things to make a difference – from David Walliams’ swim across the English Channel, to Eddie Izzard’s amazing marathon a day around the UK.

And that’s not to mention the thousands of incredible people who rise to the challenge by doing the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile. Or our amazing fundraisers who do something fun and active to raise cash and help make the world of difference.

All the money raised by the public is spent by Comic Relief
to help transform the lives of poor and vulnerable people,
both at home and across the world’s poorest countries.

I have had a look into this issue and it seems to have been a large problem only affecting some copies of the game!

There is talk suggesting that the issue has been fixed in a recent patch, but as I haven’t personally seen the problem myself I am unable to say that for certain. If you search google for the issue there are sites which offer possible manual fixes but I wouldn’t suggest to try any of these as they don’t seem correct after looking at my copy.

If you have a genuine problem with this try backing up your game save (copy the entire folder called “Electronic Arts”) located in “My Documents” and try uninstalling and reinstalling the game as it maybe caused by a bad install. If the problem persists then contact EA, who will be able to tell you what to do without messing up your game.

If you are unsure of how to contact EA turn to page 32 of the game guild (UK) and choose appropriately.

Concurrent Programming in C# – 9 (this could have been higher if it wasn’t for the tutor who marked it)

Windows Game Programming – 4 (don’t do games programming in your second year, if you didn’t do it in the first year)

Further Object-Oriented Programming – 4 (really don’t know what happened with this one! Time management around Christmas I think)

I’m not so impressed with the last two grades but at least I passed them (4 is a pass, just!), but the rest of it I couldn’t have possibly done any better.

Now I can enjoy working for IBM for the year and think about my final year of University nearer the time.

I have noticed that most of the cheats websites are suggesting really drawn out routes to enabling the cheats, this is not necessary! Follow the instructions below to enhance your game play:

During game play press [ctrl]+[shift]+C to open the cheat console, this will appear at the very top of your screen, then just type any of the following codes: (Hint: You will need to press [ctrl]+[shift]+C each time you enter a code)

edit in cas – Take the Sim back to Create-a-Sim
set career [career/level] – Give selected Sim a career
force opportunity – Click career building you work at to force an opportunity
force event – Click career building you work at to force an event

force visitor - Forces a neighbor to show up

Please note that some of these cheats may not work! I’ve tried the most useful ones but some may have slipped through my fingers sorry about that guys!

The new creation tools that Sims 3 has are fantastic, you can practically create whatever you want, however it takes time to get to grips with this; I spent about 3 hours making my Sim perfect and endless amount of time decorating the house and furniture.

All in all I am very impressed, would definitely recommend to anyone, even if you say you don’t like the Sims, I think you would like this!
