I have just got a confirmation email saying that I passed the IPATO test (woop!). I would like to know if during the interview process, they ask you questions about IBM as a company? If so, I’ll need to do some more research into what IBM actually do.

I can’t tell you what kinds of questions you might be asked because it could be anything.
Think about projects you have been involved with which may give you something to talk about. If you’ve mentioned any in your application then try and touch on them.

The best advise I can give you is stay calm and be yourself. There’s no point trying to fake anything because IBM will choice the people that will fit into the business rather than a particular role.

Congratulations on getting the job, i have my assessment center day in Hursely, Winchester tommorow. I am not sure what to expect in the business interview i would really appreciate it if you could give me an example of the kinds of questions they ask.
